Its sculptural façade, defined by parametric cuts and perforations, wraps the corner like a folded curtain—modulating daylight by day and glowing with integrated lighting by night. The ground floor remains open and inviting to encourage footfall, while upper levels provide flexible, high-visibility commercial spaces. Bold and modern, the design uses form, light, and movement to stand out in one of the city’s busiest retail corridors.
Located in the heart of Anna Nagar, Chennai, this salon embodies serene, grounded elegance through natural materials and the beauty of imperfection. Organic furniture forms are balanced with clean wooden detailing, while lime plaster walls, developed through careful shade testing, create a soft, tactile backdrop. Oxide flooring grounds the palette, complemented by natural linen, bespoke carpentry, and curated objects that add warmth and texture. A muted color scheme and layered lighting enhance the calm, transforming the space into a sensorial retreat where guests can disconnect and feel personally cared for.
